Paneer tomato oats wrap.....
Supper yummy and healthy.
Protein and fiber for healthy diet.
Super easy to make.
Ingredients:
Grated paneer
1/2 cup oats
1 onion ,2 tomatoes,
1 carrot
2 green chillies
bell pepper(capsicum)
Lettuce/spinach (anything available)
1 tea spoon Garam masala
Pink salt(Himalayan salt)
Pepper powder
Coriander
Procedure :
Take non stick pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. Add onion then saute it.
Add salt,tomatoes and bell peppers.
Now add paneer,pepper powder and garam masala then saute until tomatoes mash up. Now add oats saute for a min.
Add water( water measure to be same as oats 1/2 cup).
vegetables and oats should be cooked for 2 min or until all moisture dried up.
You can add peas if you want...
For wrap.
Take a medium size roti(no oil) and first add lettuce/spinach then the cooked paneer.
Sprinkle some grated carrots and coriander. Wrap it.
For sandwich
Use brown bread toast it
Add the paneer mixture then cut it into triangle.
Note : For kids add ketchup and chilli sauce. But adults no sauces.
