Sweet potato and tofu spicy noodles


High protein and healthy recipe and easy to cook.

Procedure
ingredients :
Noodles (you can use any instant noodles)
1 small cup tofu
1 small cup sweet potato
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 spring onion
salt
pepper
soy sauce and chill sauce
Procedure :
Boil water by adding little bit oil and salt then add noodles.
Drain the noodles with a strainer. don't throw the water .
In the same water boil sweet potato,carrots and tofu or steam them in a cooker(best option).
Take a pan add 2 spoons of oil add spring onions saute it and then add all the vegetables and soy sauce,chill sauce ,salt pepper and toss it.
Cook for 5 min then add the noodles and fry them until they all mix up.
Add coriander before serving.
